Donewell Insurance congratulates new WAEC chairman
Donewell Insurance Company Limited has congratulated Prof. Ato Essuman the board chairman of the insurance company for his election as the new Chairman of the West African Examination Council (WAEC).
In a congratulatory statement, the insurance company described Prof Essuman’s contribution to the educational sector as “laudable”.
“The team at Done Well Insurance Company is proud to be associated with you and wish you success,“ the statement noted.
Prof Essuman was elected Chairman of WAEC at the 69th Annual Meeting of the Governing Board of the examination body.
Prof. Essuman’s election is for a three-year tenure (March 2021 to March 2024) in line with the Council’s Convention.
He succeeds Mr Baboucarr Bouy from The Gambia, who was elected in March 2018.
