Guinness Ghana declares dividend of ¢0.022 per share

Guinness Ghana Breweries PLC has declared a final dividend of GH¢0.022 per share for shareholders, pending approval at the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting.
This dividend pertains to the financial year ending June 30, 2024.
Shareholders who are on the company’s register by the close of business on Monday, October 28, 2024, will be eligible to receive the dividend.
To qualify, investors must purchase shares before the ex-dividend date, which is set for Thursday, October 24, 2024.
Those buying shares on or after that date will not be entitled to the payment.
Subject to approval, the dividend is scheduled to be paid on Monday, December 30, 2024.
