BRIT Awards 2023: Stormzy announced latest performer

British-Ghanaian rap superstar Stormzy has been announced as the latest addition to the Brit Awards, according to organisers.
The 'Blinded By Your Grace' hitmaker has three nominations for the annual awards ceremony: Artist of the Year, Best Album, and Best Hip-hop/Grime/Rap act.
Currently, the artiste born Michael Ebenazer Kwadjo Omari Owuo Jr has three Brit Awards trophies.
Other acts announced so far as performers for the Saturday, February 11, 2023 event are Harry Styles, Lizzo, Sam Smith, Kim Petras, and Wet Leg.
Friday, November 25, 2022, Stormzy released his latest album of 12 tracks.
A hit on the long play (LP), track 2, This Is What I Mean, features Ghanaian fellows Amaarae and Black Sherif.
Initially, the Brit Awards was a shortened form of the names Britain, British and Britannia. It is presently BRIT: British Record Industry Trusts Awards, an annual popular music awards show by the British Phonographic Industry.
