Singer Efya has announced the cancellation of her 2024 Efya Live event.

She made this known by a note posted on social media, signed by her alter-ego Big Dragon, and assuring refunds for patrons who had already bought tickets in anticipation of the event which debuted in 2023 at the Accra International Conference Centre (AICC).

"Unfortunately, Efya Live will not be happening this year due to circumstances beyond my control," the note explained.

"I greatly appreciate everyone who was dedicated to making this show a reality, and thank you to my wonderful fans for your continued support.

"For those who have already bought tickets, refunds are being processed."

Looking forward, Efya promised, "We'll bring the show back in 2025, bigger and better. So stay tuned!"
