‘Odo Bi Ye Bad’: King Paluta gave me a ‘diamond verse’ – Rap Fada

Hiplife star Rap Fada has profusely acknowledged the immeasurable value of King Paluta’s verse for his Odo Bi Ye Bad hit song.
Speaking to Nana Romeo on Accra 100.5 FM’s Ayekoo Ayekoo, he said the song also showcased Paluta’s singing gift, deepening the acceptance of the public for him.
“My brother had already gotten on the path of singing but this song made people believe in his singing ability. They saw he could sing and sing well,” Rap Fada asserted.
He did a live singing of the catchy verse which sees a defiant man proclaiming he would not allow a romantic disappointment to ruin his life.
“The wonderful thing is, that part was not in the original song,” Rap Fada emphasised contentedly.
“This is a kind of a diamond verse for me, and not only for me [but] to the world, and anyone who came to love Paluta because of Odo Bi Ye Bad.
“I can strongly say Paluta has not found any verse like this again on any song. We can attest to it. I’m not lying but being honest with whosoever is listening to me right now. Paluta has done collaborations and done verses for other artistes but this Odo Bi Ye Bad last verse – if it was possible to frame the audio as a picture, I would have done it and hanged it in my room or in my dream home.
“When we released the song, it was that part that penetrated and drew attention to the song. It’s gold and money to me.”
Rap Fada declared his appreciation for “my brother King Paluta.
“The love is solid and forever.”
He recalled how the song sent both of them to Amsterdam, Netherlands, which “was a dream coming true, for us to be on the same plane, and the same show”.
He noted prior to these good tidings, they had both experienced hardships privately and professionally, and so chalking such “sudden” success, came with “amazing joy”.
