Sarkodie teases new collaboration with Stonebwoy, calls it one of his biggest songs yet
Award-winning rapper Sarkodie has stirred excitement among music fans after revealing details of an upcoming collaboration with dancehall star Stonebwoy.
Speaking on Hitz FM, Sarkodie disclosed that Stonebwoy delivered seven solid and powerful hooks for the project, making it difficult for him to choose just one.
“Stonebwoy gave me seven solid hooks. They are all powerful,” Sarkodie said. “I spoke with Stone just a few days ago. I had to choose one out of the seven, and it wasn’t easy at all.
He did a lot of melodies for me to choose from.”
According to Sarkodie, the song is almost complete, with only one verse left to be recorded.
Once that final verse is done, the track will be ready for release.
“I have one more verse to do. As soon as that is out, we will give it to the people,” he explained. “It’s a beautiful song.”
The multiple award-winning rapper described the collaboration as a great song and expressed strong confidence in its impact, hinting that it could become one of the biggest songs of the year.
“I think it will be one of the biggest songs,” Sarkodie added. “So next year, if my timing works and his timing works, we’ll have to give it to the people.”
The announcement has heightened anticipation among fans of both artists, who are eagerly waiting for what promises to be a major Ghanaian music release in the coming year.
