Curvy women not promiscuous – Miss Curvy Ghana organiser

The organiser of Miss Curvy Ghana has called on Ghanaian men to disabuse their minds about the curves and cleavage of women.
According to the organiser, the curviness of women is not for promiscuity.
The founder of Miss Curvy which is yet to be aired on Accra -based CTV, Miss Gladys Biney, said the talent-hunt programme is to help promote curvy women as knowledgeable people in society.
Ms Biney explained that curvy women should not be considered highly promiscuous people.
''There is the need for Ghanaian men to see curvy women as well-endowed intelligent people and not as people for satisfying particular desires and egos.”
She called on men to erase some of these negative mindsets about curvy people which the show on CTV seeks to do.
Ms Biney made this comment about the upcoming show on Ghana's number television station while speaking on the Ghana Yensom morning show hosted by Odehyeeba Kofi Essuman on Accra 100.5 FM on Thursday, April 20, 2023.
She stressed curvy people have prowess that must be supported and not unduly taken advantage of by their shape.
“It is not their fault to be curvy” adding that “they were created that way and must be seen as capable people.”
She disclosed that participants on the show will be trained to become ambassadors for Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) among others.
Ms Biney who is also the founder of Aim Ghana Foundation called people who are interested in participating in the show to pick up forms at the front desk of Class Media Group at Labone in Accra for GHS100.
She explained that the audition for the show would be done on May 10, 2023.
She asked all interested people to call 0554270683 for more details.
