Founder and Overseer of Alive Chapel International Bishop Elisha Salifu Amoako, and his wife Mouha Amoako, arrested yesterday, have been arraigned and granted bail.

Their case was called at the Accra Circuit Court today, October 16, 2024.

Also, appearing with Bishop Amoako and his wife was one Linda Bonsu Bempah, who allegedly was the rumoured personal assistant (PA) who originally had the keys to the Jaguar vehicle recognised in the East Legon accident which ended in the incineration of two 12-year-olds, last Saturday.

The trio, in court, were charged with permitting an unlicensed person to drive.

They all pleaded not guilty.

The court granted each person a bail of GHS50,000 with two sureties.

Bishop Elisha Salifu Amoako, his wife Mouha Amoako, and Ms Linda Bonsu Bempah will reappear on the October 30.
