The Ga Manyεmεi (Queen Mothers) and Asafoianyεmεi (Women Warriors) have firmly reaffirmed their support for King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II as the legitimate Ga Mantse, underscoring his lawful enstoolment and recognition under both custom and Ghanaian law.

At a press conference led by Naa Lamley Ajaaku Dromo II, Laule Djamah We Manye, the group emphasised that King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II was properly enstooled by the recognised Dzase (Kingmakers) of the Ga Paramount Stool and has since been gazetted by the Chieftaincy Act and the 1992 Constitution.

Rejecting any counterclaims to the throne, the Queen Mothers and Women Warriors accused Nii Adama Latse of obtaining his gazette through fraudulent means, and called on the Greater Accra Regional House of Chiefs to decisively affirm the legitimacy of King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II.

The group highlighted that the King has duly completed all customary rites, including purification in Nungua and receiving blessings from the Teshie and La Kpaa Wulomo, fulfilling the sacred requirements of Ga kingship.

They further recalled that the late Ga Manye, Naa Dedei Omaedru II, had personally recognised and endorsed King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II, describing him as "comely, calm, clever, civilised, and a true Ga Maŋtsɛ."

Applauding his reign, the women’s group credited the King with restoring peace, unity, and stability within the Ga State and raising the national and international profile of Ga royalty.

They ended their statement with a strong call to action, urging all traditional and legal stakeholders to stand by truth, custom, and justice, and to uphold the rightful enstoolment of King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II as the undisputed Ga Mantse.
