UCC School of Business receives promotion boost

Prof. John Gatsi
The faculty and staff of the School of Business at the University of Cape Coast (UCC) have expressed joy that three of the associate professors have been promoted to the rank of professor, normally referred to in academic institutions as a full professorship.
The three are Prof. John Gatsi, the Dean of the Business School; Prof. Anokye Adam, Head, Department of Finance and Prof. Rosemond Boahene, Director, Centre for Entrepreneurship and Small Enterprise Development all in the School of Business.
The promotion, according to the school, has strengthened its staff profile.
In the University system, such promotions come with a huge responsibility to support scholarly development in the respective areas of concentration and influence knowledge sharing.
