NSA deploys 106,223 personnel for 2024/2025 service year
The National Service Authority (NSA) has released the postings for 106,223 national service personnel for the 2024/2025 service year.
Announced on Friday, 6 September 2024, the postings cover a broad spectrum of Ghanaian graduates from accredited universities, those who completed their studies abroad, defaulters, and private applicants who registered for the mandatory national service.
To ensure every eligible individual is placed, the NSA will conduct a mop-up exercise for any remaining unassigned personnel.
The NSA has outlined that all deployed personnel must complete a validation and registration process, beginning at regional centres across the country from Thursday, 12 September 2024, to Monday, 30 September 2024.
The national service will officially commence on Tuesday, 1 October 2024.
The NSA reiterated that “reposting is not permitted” and urged all service personnel to accept their assigned postings, emphasising that “these placements are a vital contribution to national development.”
The Authority further extended its best wishes, hoping for a “successful and fulfilling service year” for all personnel.
