OASL organises a day's stakeholder workshop for traditional councils and stools
The Office of the Administrator of Stool Lands has organised a one-day workshop for various traditional councils and stools.
The workshop was aimed at creating a forum of traditional leaders to discuss land revenue issues particularly to increase ground rent Mobilisation in the Greater Accra Region.
The meeting also served as a platform to discuss issues bordering on lands management and administration generally for the productive and sustainable development of land.
Participants were taken through topics on “The Role of OASL in the Customary Land Administration,” “The Land Act, 2020 (Act 1036) and establishment of CLSs” and “The Introduction to the DL-REV Application for Data Management and Revenue Mobilisation.”
