Retraction and apology to Justice Samuel K. Marful-Sau

General News
Some justices

Classfmonline.com writes to sincerely apologise unreservedly and unconditionally to His Lordship Justice Samuel K. Marful-Sau, for erroneously publishing his name as one of some judges about whom a pressure group calling itself Alliance for Social Equity and Public Accountability (ASEPA) complained to the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ) for not declaring their assets and liabilities as required by law.

Our attention has been drawn to the fact that the Office of the Judicial Secretary delivered His Lordship’s completed assets declaration forms to the Auditor-General on 1 August 2018 ahead of the parliamentary vetting upon his nomination to the Supreme Court.

We deeply regret the error and have, accordingly, retracted and deleted the said story.

Class91.3FM would like to assure His Lordship that we meant no malice or mischief in publishing the story and regret any inconvenience caused his person and reputation directly and indirectly, as a result of the publication.

Thank you

Editor
