TAFCSC delegation commences study tour of Ghana
Commandant of the Tanzanian Armed Forces Command and Staff College (TAFCSC), Brigadier General Steven Justice Mnkamde has led a student delegation on educational tour to Ghana.
The tour was under the theme “Regional Blocs Strategies in Addressing Security Challenges in Africa”, and as part of the itinerary for the tour, the delegation paid a courtesy call on the Chief of the Defence Staff (CDS), Lieutenant General Thomas-Oppong Peprah at the General Headquarters, Burma Camp on Monday 25 March, 2024.
The Deputy Chief of Staff (DCOS) Administration, Air Vice Marshall (AVM) Michael Appiah-Agyekum received the delegation on behalf of the CDS and encouraged them to actively participate in the activities and purpose of the tour.
Brigadier General Mnkamde expreesed appreciation for the love and support shown them. He highlighted the special bond between Ghana and Tanzania. He emphasized the importance of continues collaboration to strengthen bilateral relationship.
The students also toured the Naval Headquarters where they were taken through series of security and industrial briefs.
