COVID-19: Ahomka-Lindsay self-isolates
Deputy Minister of Trade and Industry, Mr Robert Ahomka-Lindsay, has announced that he is isolating himself for 14 days following his ill health.
According to Mr Ahomka-Lindsay, the decision is in compliance with the COVID-19 protocol.
Some government officials, including President Akufo-Addo, took similar precautionary measures.
Meanwhile, Education Minister Dr Mathew Opoku Prempeh, Regional Integration Minister Dan Botwe, Senior Minister Yaw Osafo-Maafo have all recovered from the virus.
Ghana has confirmed over 30,366 COVID-19 cases as of Thursday, 23 July 2020 with over 153 deaths.
