CZUB donates 5 automated beds to Police Hosp.
CZUB, a company in the Czech Republic, on Tuesday, 20 October 2020, donated five automated hospital beds to the Ghana Police Hospital.
The donation was done by a team of five, led by the ambassador of the Czech Republic to Ghana, Jan Fury, to Ghana's Minister for the Interior, Mr Ambrose Dery, in Accra.
The donation is geared toward assisting the Intensive Care Unit of the Police Hospital in its fight against COVID-19.
The Interior Minister expressed the gratitude of the government for the gesture.
He further handed over the beds, worth about GHS50,000, to the Inspector-General of Police (IGP), Mr James Oppong-Boanuh.
