Ghana’s active COVID-19 cases fall to 856; 55 new cases recorded

So far, 280 COVID-19 patients have died in Ghana

The number of active COVID-19 cases in Ghana has dropped to 856, the Ghana Health Service has reported.

Also, 55 new cases have been recorded.

It brings Ghana’s total national tally to 44,713.

Out of that number, 43,577 of them have clinically recovered and been discharged.

The death toll stands at 280.

So far, four of the 16 regions do not have any cases.

They are North East, Savanna, Upper East and Upper West.

Central Region – 1,878

Bono East Region – 777

Volta Region – 666

Western North Region – 619

Northern Region – 528
