C/R: NDC constituency chairman elected as Council of State member pledges development

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) Constituency Chairman for the Twifo Atti Morkwa Constituency, Hakeen Addae, has been elected as the Council of State member to represent the Central Region.
The election saw 10 candidates contesting, with 44 delegates.
In the end, Mr Addae was declared victor by the Electoral Commission (EC).
Speaking in an interview with Class Media Group (CMG) reporter Nana Tawiah, the newly elected Council of State member pledged to foster development by leveraging his position.
He promised to work hand-in-hand with President John Dramani Mahama to bring progress to the region which holds so much cultural, historical, and educational significance in Ghana.
