Class91.3FM introduces current affairs show, ‘The Watch Dog’
Class91.3FM is set to roll out a weekend current affairs show, dubbed “The Watch Dog” tomorrow Saturday, 16 January 2021.
The show will also be aired on CTV, Ho FM, Dagbon FM and other affiliates across the country and online via classfmonline.com.
“The Watch Dog” show will be aired every Saturday from 8am to 11am.
The programme is expected to present analytical discourse from the experts on critical issues geared towards national development.
The show, hosted by Eugene Bawelle, will delve into the crux of ideological clashes on political, social and economic issues that define the Ghanaian citizen.
For the first edition, Mr Bawelle will sit with Ghanaian engineer and current President and Provost of Academic City College, Professor Fred McBagonluri; Member of Parliament (MP) for North Tongu and deputy education minister, Hon Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa; and insurance marketing practitioner and social commentator Mr Edgar Wiredu.
They will dissect issues centered on the Rise in COVID-19 cases amidst the reopening of schools, how the election of Rt. Hon. Bagbin as Speaker of Parliament will change the governance dynamics and the presidential election petition presented by the National Democraic Congress (NDC) and its 2020 presidential candidate, John Dramani Mahama.
