NDC’s Dep. Bono-East Youth Org. dies in crash
The Deputy Youth Organiser of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Bono-East Region, has died.
Mr Isaac Kojo Nsiah, according to the party’s National Youth Organiser, Mr George Opare Addo, Kojo, died in a car crash at Techiman.
“It is with sadness I announce the death of Isaac Kojo Nsiah, the Bono-East Deputy Regional Youth Organiser, who passed away in a car accident a few hours [ago] around the Techiman Toll Booth area”, he said in a WhatsApp message circulated to the media.
He said three others who were part of the entourage have been admitted to the Techiman Holy Family Hospital where they are being treated.
The other three passengers include Efo Worlanyo Tsekpo, Bono Regional Youth Organiser; Bilal Muazu Sulemana, BonorEast Regional Youth Organiser; and Rashid Ahmed, Deputy Bono Regional Youth Organiser.
They were returning from a party function in the Kintampo South Constituency.
“Our thoughts and prayers are with them”, the statement said.
It added: “The Youth Wing commiserates with the family of the deceased and share in their loss”.
“May the Almighty strengthen us all in these times”.
