Osman Ayariga predicts a decisive victory for Baba Jamal in Ayawaso East
The Deputy National Youth Organiser of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and Chief Executive Officer of the National Youth Authority, Osman Ayariga, has expressed strong confidence that the party’s candidate, Baba Jamal, will secure a commanding victory in the Ayawaso East by-election.
Mr. Ayariga predicted that Baba Jamal would win the contest with at least 60 percent of the total votes cast, regardless of voter turnout.
He maintained that the NDC’s grassroots mobilisation and support base in the constituency placed the party in a strong position to retain the seat.
Voting is currently underway across polling stations in Ayawaso East, with observers closely monitoring turnout and the overall conduct of the polls.
