Police arrests self-confessed ritual killer
A 35-year-old taxi driver has been arrested by the police after confessing to several ritual murders on TV.
The police will arraign Felix Ansah on Monday, 13 September 202.
The suspect confessed to the murders during a live programme on Accra-based Onua TV.
A statement issued on Sunday, 12 September 2021 and signed by the Acting Director-General, Public Affairs, of the Ghana Police Service, ACP Kwesi Ofori, said: “Following his admission of the alleged commission of such acts, he was arrested to assist [with] police investigations”.
The police said the suspect would be “placed on remand for thorough investigations into the allegations to continue”.
