Your intimidations and your suffering won't be in vain-NDC Chairman to branch executives
The National Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Johnson Asiedu Nketia, has assured branch and constituency executives in the Effutu Constituency of the Central Region that their sacrifices during the 2024 general elections will not go unrewarded now that the party is in government.
Addressing party executives as part of his Thank-You Tour of the Central Region, Mr. Asiedu Nketia expressed appreciation for their dedication and hard work throughout the campaign period.
He reaffirmed the party’s commitment to delivering on its manifesto promises and addressing the needs of its supporters.
He urged members to remain steadfast in their faith in the party, stressing that the efforts and sacrifices made during the elections would yield positive outcomes under the current NDC administration.
He also emphasised the importance of unity and collaboration to sustain development and support government appointees in delivering on their mandates.
The event also featured remarks from Nana Ackon Agyenfi VI, Chief of Asubonpinin in Effutu, who commended the government’s decision to establish a 24-hour market in Winneba.
He confirmed that land has been allocated for the project and described it as a major boost for local economic activity.
The chief further encouraged NDC executives to remain vigilant during upcoming voter registration exercises, particularly in monitoring electoral registers to ensure transparency and integrity.
The engagement reflects ongoing post-election mobilisation efforts by the NDC following its return to power in 2024, as party leadership continues to promote unity and grassroots engagement across the country.
