President rolls out new support measures for small businesses- Chief of Staff

The President is taking decisive steps to boost the growth of small businesses across the country, as part of a renewed focus on entrepreneurship and economic development.
This was announced by Chief of Staff, Julius Debrah, during a press briefing held earlier today at the Jubilee House.
Mr. Debrah revealed that the government has extended invitations to a number of financial institutions to participate in an upcoming business forum dedicated to strengthening the Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) sector.
The two-day forum is scheduled to take place on April 19 and 20 at the Mpraeso Social Center.
It forms part of the government’s broader strategy to empower local entrepreneurs, enhance access to financing, and create more job opportunities.
“This forum is one of many initiatives the government is pursuing to ensure small businesses receive the support they need to grow and contribute meaningfully to the national economy,” Mr. Debrah stated.
