Taabea Company unveils ‘JAGA 4 Bitters’, targets global markets

Chrisagye Global, a subsidiary of Taabea Company, has officially launched its latest product, ‘JAGA 4’ bitters in Kumasi over the weekend.
At a short colourful ceremony held on 2 December 2023, the new product was unveiled by the Konahene, Nana Konadu Yiadom Komanin IV, who represented the Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II.
‘JAGA 4’ is a blend of carefully selected tropical plant extracts based on a secret family recipe, scientifically processed to ensure your body receives the herbs the way nature intended.
Addressing the audience, guest speaker and CEO of Asaase Radio, Nenyi George Andah, said that the new product is an indication of the company’s commitment to innovation and keeping up with trends, with a critical understanding of the dynamics of both the local and global markets.
“The commitment to excellence extends to global quality standards, ensuring that the packaging in both bottle and sachet surpasses expectations. We are not looking at just the Ghanaian market; we are looking at the global market,” Andah said.
“[It is also] a testament to the unwavering dedication, expertly crafted using a blend of local herbs to encapsulate the essence of the country’s botanical richness, promising an extraordinary drinking experience with every sip,” he added.
While commending the team for prioritising community well-being, he advised on the importance of responsible drinking, urging consumers to enjoy the beverage in moderation.The CEO of Taabea Company Christian Agyemang said the drink contains herbs that have been used since ancient times for maintaining good health.
The ceremony preceded a launch party dubbed ‘Jaga 4 Red on Gold’, at the Emperor Night Club in Kumasi.
