Bawumia 'incoming president' – Prince David Osei proclaims
Without mincing words, Prince David Osei has proclaimed Dr Alhaji Mahamudu Bawumia is the next president of Ghana.
The actor made the prediction via a caption for a Facebook picture of him standing to Dr Bawumia's left.
Dr Bawumia is the current vice president of Ghana and the official flagbearer of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP). He seeks to succeed his boss and break Ghana's two-term or eight-year political cycle.
With the Energy Minister, Dr Matthew Opoku Prempeh, alias Napo, as a running mate, Dr Bawumia is going up against the main opposition National Democratic Congress's (NDC) John Dramani Mahama and his running mate Prof Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang, as Ghana goes to the polls on December 7, 2024.
Meanwhile, on July 7, on Facebook, Prince David Osei emphasised his dream to become a president of Ghana in the future.
Prince David Osei is both a supporter and critic of the NPP.
