KiDi, born Dennis Nana Dwamena, has assured there is new music coming from him soon.

When a namesake on X, @FixonDennis, impressed on the Liqor hitmaker he had to urgently put out new music, he responded in Twi: "Do not worry at all. There's something coming [heart aflame emoji]."

On July 5, @NanaBoadu also gave KiDi a 72 hour ultimatum to add to his pile of hits songs. KiDi lightheartedly responded with a meme of A$AP Rocky in hair pins standing akimbo.

KiD's last song was Danger of February 28, 2024.

The Blaise Beatz-produced Danger was recently recognised by the world's biggest music streaming platform, Spotify, as one of 30 hits from Ghana wildly consumed abroad (Global Impact List 2024).

Meanwhile, the Lynx/EMPIRE signee is currently on tour in Europe. He first stopped in Oslo, Norway (June 1). He was in London, UK, on June 13. His third stop being Modena, Italy (June 20), KiDi will be in Barcelona, Spain next.

In London, where he headlined the 2024 Ghana Party in the Park, he was spotted shaking hands with Nigerian rapper Odumodublvck, and, also, in a studio with Ghanaian producer GuiltyBeatz and Nigerian singer BNXN.

Granting an interview to Factory 78, he revealed he was, in fact, concluding work on his third studio album.

"My album is literally almost done. We're 90 per cent in. We're here to lock down a few things. Very soon, in a couple of months, it'll be out so look out for it," the Highlife/Afrobeats star disclosed, emphasising: "KiDi album coming soon in 2024."

Nicknamed Sugar Daddy, the 2022 Ghana Music Awards Artiste of the Year put out his debut album, Sugar, of 13 songs in 2019. He followed up with the 13-track The Golden Boy (2021). In between, he offered the unforgettable 5-track EP called Blue (2020).
