Delaganza: Europe’s finest beauty salon set to open in Accra

The face of hairstyling and beauty in the metropolis is set to experience a significant transformation later this month, as arguably one of the finest luxury hair and beauty salons in Europe opens its doors in Ghana.
News of this exciting new development in East Legon, Accra, has set tongues wagging – especially among those fortunate enough to have experienced the exceptional quality Delaganza, located in Schiedam, a suburb of Rotterdam in the Netherlands (NL), is known for.
Captivating, colourful, breath-taking, and truly impressive, Delaganza translates the essence of beauty into stunning hair and beauty transformations. It is a state-of-the-art beauty salon that stands out, offering not only quality but also innovation, modern technology, and class.
Delaganza is more than just a hairstyling salon – it is a complete transformational experience. With a facility that prides itself on excellent customer service, highly trained personnel, and a wide array of services, its offerings are poised to send positive ripples through the industry.
Delaganza NL was established in 2008 by Wosinu Gadri, whose alias, Dela, is half of the esteemed salon's name. Over the years, the brand has become synonymous with exceptional service and professionalism in the hair and beauty industry.

From humble beginnings, it has expanded into a full-fledged, ultra-modern facility equipped with top-of-the-range features, including hairstyling, makeup and visage services, manicure and pedicure, and specialised hair treatments – all within a luxurious and alluring environment. Dela, as proprietress and creative director, is a grounded and hardworking visionary, with deep insight into modern beauty trends and a versatile, tech-savvy approach.
The current ambition is to adapt Delaganza’s unique brand of service to Ghana, replicating the same level of quality, expertise, and professionalism that defines the brand in the Netherlands (Holland). The transition from a home-based hairstylist to an entrepreneur with a prominent salon in a prime location reflects Dela’s talent for evolving with industry demands while remaining rooted in a customer-centric philosophy.
Notably, Delaganza Ghana will include a men’s grooming department – an addition not currently available in the original Netherlands branch. CEO Marouf Ndayema explains this move is intended to provide grooming services such as haircuts, manicures, pedicures, and more for husbands, boyfriends, or brothers who may wish to wait for their female companions. “It’s a one-stop shop for ladies and gentlemen!” he remarked.
Feverish preparations are underway to ready the facility, located across from American House, off Boundary Road in East Legon. Workmen are busy applying final coats of paint and varnish, while technicians install and test cutting-edge equipment sourced from top suppliers around the world.
To celebrate its launch, Delaganza will host an exclusive grand opening event on Saturday, April 26, 2025. The event will welcome influential figures from the beauty and fashion industries, media representatives, beauty enthusiasts, and a diverse array of guests and potential clients. Attendees will be the first to experience the salon’s luxurious offerings and witness Delaganza’s hallmark excellence first-hand.
Delaganza GH will offer exclusive promotions and discounts throughout the launch week. Guests attending the grand opening can also enjoy complimentary consultations and beauty giveaways.
This is one launch not to miss.
