Kofi Kinaata has 'broken the mould', created something 'untouchable'; I love him – Paulina Oduro

Veteran Ghanaian singer-songwriter Paulina Oduro has showered immense praise on Kofi Kinaata.
Ms Oduro considers Kinaata a trailblazer – a unique creator who breaks the mould in his industry, steering clear of what she calls the copycat attitude of Ghanaians.
The Highlife star said this on Accra-based Onua FM's Adwuma Adwuma.
“Ghanaians in general are one way," she remarked, "It’s like we've got a habit of copying if something is a hi [in vogue]."
“That’s why I love Kofi so much," she declared. "We are from the same place, Takoradi. His Fanti and my Fanti are very similar.”
Again, the 'Tsena Menkyen' hitmaker said the Highlife act born Martin Kofi King Arthur, alias Kofi Kinaata, “has brought something that nobody can touch."
She opined that the 'Beyond the Scenes' hitmaker is worthy of emulation.
"Personally," she said, "I would wish other young people will follow suit.”
Ms Oduro also asserted that the four-time Vodafone Ghana Music Awards Songwriter of the Year laureate, Kinaata, is “actually very spiritual."
"You should listen to his lyrics, and melodies," she explained. "I have other young people I love, but this particular boy has love for humans. He is educative, he doesn’t pretend. He says it as it is,.
The actress declared: "I love you, Kofi."
