Tonto Dikeh’s determined to ‘live a long life’ despite having ‘a bad heart’
Nollywood star Tonto Dikeh has disclosed she has a medical condition respecting her heart.
In view of this, she has decided to take exercising seriously despite being the world's "laziest woman".
She has in fact registered to a gym as a self-gifted present for her 2023 birthday celebration.
Furthermore, according to her, only three days after signing up and using the gym, she has observed considerable improvement in her general wellbeing.
She, however, noted that the routine is painful.
The 38-year-old made this known on her verified Instagram (IG) account, Thursday, May 25, 2023.
Ms Dikeh who is vocal about having body enhancement surgery noted also that exercising is not just healthy for her but crucial for the maintenance of the looks she has now.
She expressed determination not to make the “millions” spent on cosmetic procedures go to waste.
Mostly importantly, however, the Nigerian actress said she wants to live a long and healthy life for the sake of her 7-year-old son, King Andre.
In conclusion, the Black Berry Babes star mentioned that by her post, she desired to inspire her audience towards a healthy lifestyle and mindset.
She showed a footage of a gym session during which she exercised under the supervision of an instructor.
She captioned the social media post with these words: “I have decided to live a long life by gifting me a membership to a gym.
“I am a 38-year-old woman with a bad heart. This is not fun, nor do I like it here but it’s my 3rd day and I can only say I breathe better, my [pores] are open, my blood is pumping and I am over all in pain.
“But I have a goal. I have a dream to live a long and healthy life for my son.
“I am and will always be a surgery girl (lipo[suction] and all), but I realise also that all the millions I put into making my body will be a waste without exercise and waist trainers, Faha, etc.
“If you are looking for motivation today, let me be yours. I am the laziest woman on earth when it comes to fitness but what I have is extreme strength. I love be[ing] lazy; it’s my comfort zone but I am here today.”
