Greater Accra Regional NPP organiser grabs chiefly title

The community of Awutu Breku in the Central Region last week came together to bestow the honour of 'Nkosuohene,' a development chief, upon Mr. Prince Obeng, the Greater Accra Regional Organiser of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
Under his new stool name, Nai Ashong Nyaadu Ablade, Mr. Obeng was officially introduced to the community during the event after going through the customary rites.
The ceremony was graced by the presence of local chiefs, community members, and distinguished figures from the governing party.
Expressing his gratitude for this exceptional recognition, Nai Ashong Nyaadu Ablade affirmed his commitment to the people and the responsibilities that came with his new role.
He pledged to leverage his connections within the government to advocate for the development needs of Awutu Breku, making it a top priority on his agenda.
In a resolute statement, he assured the community of his unwavering dedication to their development, emphasizing his total allegiance to championing their causes.
He called upon the gathered assembly to join forces with him in the pursuit of the community's needs, recognising that it was for their collective responsibility.
Nai Ashong Nyaadu Ablade underscored the significance of this moment, viewing it as an opportunity for the community to leave a lasting impact on the lives of its people.
He also highlighted the government led by Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo's commitment in implementing vital initiatives such as the Free Senior Secondary School programme, ensuring that every school-age child receives an education and is not left on the streets.
