A/R: Regional Minister Amoakohene to create vehicular routes for fire outbreak prevention

Following the recent fire incident at Adum Blue Light, the Ashanti Regional Minister, Dr Frank Amoakohene, plans to create vehicular routes to prevent fire outbreaks in the adjoining area of Adum PZ which were unaffected by the fire, the Ashanti Regional Coordinating Council has announced.
The ARCC’s statement issued by its Public Relations Unit, dated Sunday, March 23, 2025, explained, “This initiative aims to enhance accessibility and minimise the prevalent fire incidents caused by human activities.
“This is scheduled to commence on Monday, March 24, 2025.”
“To ensure a smooth implementation of this initiative, security personnel will be deployed,” the statement noted.
“The public is duly notified and cooperation from all stakeholders will be appreciated.”
On Facebook, Dr Amoakohene wrote, “Tomorrow is for action. Let's save our city.”
