Mahama fulfils campaign promise to Assemblies of God Church

President John Dramani Mahama and First Lady Lordina Mahama have delivered on a major campaign pledge with the completion of ten “Legacy Temple Projects” for the Assemblies of God Church across multiple regions in Ghana.
The initiative, first announced during Mr. Mahama’s 2024 campaign tour in Navrongo, has now materialised into modern worship centres equipped with chairs, sound systems, and musical instruments.
The temples are expected to serve as community hubs for spiritual growth, social engagement, and youth development.
Church leaders and congregants have welcomed the development, describing it as a milestone in strengthening faith-based infrastructure in the country.
The project underscores the Mahama administration’s commitment to supporting religious institutions and fostering partnerships with faith-based organisations to advance social development.
