President Mahama, Vice President visit Defence Chief to condole families of fallen soldiers

President John Dramani Mahama, accompanied by Vice President Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang and other senior government officials, on Tuesday paid a visit to the office of the Chief of Defence Staff, Major General William Agyapong, to express condolences to the families of three fallen military personnel.
The visit formed part of the government’s efforts to show solidarity and compassion in the wake of the soldiers’ deaths. President Mahama and his delegation met with the bereaved families, offering words of comfort and assuring them of the nation’s support during this difficult time.
The gesture, witnessed by top military officers and government representatives, was described as a solemn demonstration of national unity and respect for the sacrifices of Ghana’s armed forces.
