Accra High Court to hold case management conference in Menzgold criminal trial on July 13
The Accra High Court is scheduled to commence a Case Management Conference (CMC) and the cross-examination of Nana Appiah Mensah (NAM1) and two other accused persons in the ongoing Menzgold criminal trial on Monday, July 13, 2026.
According to a notice issued by the Coalition of Aggrieved Customers of Menzgold (CACM), proceedings are expected to begin at 11:00 a.m.
The coalition also announced that its leadership will address the media after the court proceedings.
According to CACM, the press briefing will focus on issues relating to customers' locked-up investments and what it described as the government's perceived cold attitude towards affected customers.
The coalition has invited media organisations to cover both the court proceedings and the post-hearing press engagement.
The notice was signed by Fred Forson, Convener and Chairman of the Coalition of Aggrieved Customers of Menzgold (CACM).
