Barber bolts after stabbing 18-year-old girlfriend to death

An 18-year-old student has been stabbed to death by her boyfriend at Akyem Nsuta in the Fanteakwa South District of the Eastern Region.
Osei Michael stabbed Abigail Asare in his barbering salon during a heated argument.
Abigail had visited her boyfriend during a short school break.
Emeka, as the suspect is also known, is alleged to have accused Abigail of double-dating him, thus, the argument.
He locked up the critically injured girl in his salon and fled the crime scene.
Her screams for help alerted passersby who called the police to the scene.
They broke down the door and discovered the victim’s body in a puddle of blood.
The police and the victim’s family transported the body to the morgue for an autopsy.
