V/R: Ho Central MP pledges support for top BECE candidates
The Member of Parliament for Ho Central, Richmond Edem Kpotosu, has extended his best wishes to all candidates preparing for this year’s Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE).
In a media engagement, the MP expressed confidence in the abilities of the students in his constituency and encouraged them to stay focused, disciplined, and determined as they approached this critical phase of their academic journey.
“As future leaders of our country, I urge all BECE candidates to put in their best efforts. Success in this examination can open many doors and I have no doubt that you will make your families, schools, and communities proud,” he encouraged.
In a show of commitment to educational excellence, the MP also announced a special reward package for outstanding BECE performance.
According to him, the first 20 candidates in the constituency who obtained an aggregate score of 9 will receive a comprehensive set of educational materials to support their continued academic pursuits at the senior high school (SHS) level.
“This initiative is to motivate students to strive for excellence and to support them in the next stage of their education. I believe that rewarding hard work is one of the ways we can build a culture of academic excellence in our community,” he explained.
