3rd phase of NEDCO’s revenue mobilisation campaign begins Feb. 26

The Northern Electricity Distribution Company (NEDCO) has entreated customers in arrears to pay their bills immediately to avoid disconnection, embarrassment and payment of reconnection fees.
This follows an announcement by NEDCO to commence its third phase of revenue mobilisation exercise scheduled to kick off on Monday, 26 February 2024.
This exercise is specifically targeted at customers with outstanding arrears, including government entities, state-owned enterprises, Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Assemblies (MMDAs), as well as private organisations.
A statement issued by NEDCO, urged customers who signed payment agreements with the company under phase 1-3 of the exercise to ensure that all installments that have fallen due are settled by “February 23 2024.
NEDCO also extended an invitation to customers experiencing billing discrepancies or other related issues to visit their nearest customer service centre while encouraging customers to bring forth adequate evidence to support their claims, facilitating the process of addressing and resolving any concerns or grievances they may have regarding their billing statements or service provision.
