Akwasi Opong-Fosu appointed to Advisory Board of Africa Global Chamber of Commerce

A former Minister of Local Government and Rural Development, Mr. Akwasi Opong -Fosu, has been appointed to the Advisory Board of the Africa Global Chamber of Commerce (AGCC), a leading platform dedicated to promoting trade, investment, and sustainable economic growth across the continent.
In a statement following the announcement, Mr Opong -Fosu expressed gratitude to AGCC leadership, led by Dr. Olivier Kamanzi, for the opportunity to serve.
“I am honoured to join the Advisory Board of the Africa Global Chamber of Commerce.
I look forward to contributing my experience in governance, institutional reform, and Africa’s global integration to advance trade, investment, and sustainable growth,” Mr Opong-Fosu said.
The appointment is expected to strengthen AGCC’s mission of connecting Africa’s opportunities with global markets and driving meaningful impact in business and development.
