Kumasi: All shops to be closed for 6 hours March 30 for clean-up exercise
The Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly has issued a directive for all shops within the metropolis to be closed on 30th March between 6am to 12pm for a major clean up exercise.
The clean-up is part of activities to mark the Silver Jubilee of the enthronement of Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II.
Shop owners as well as residents of the Kumasi metropolis have been called upon to fully partake in the exercise.
