President Mahama remembers, eulogises deceased Namibian leader Sam Nujoma

President John Dramani Mahama has signed a book of condolence opened at the Namibian High Commission for the late former Namibian leader Sam Nujoma.
“Liberation Comrade, you have truly fought a good fight, and now is the time for the faithful soldier to lay down his arm and take a rest,” he wrote.
“Namibia is truly grateful to you, and Africa is truly grateful to you for the dignity and freedom we enjoy as a people.”
“Rest in peace, soldier, Sam Nujoma.”
