Veep NJOA's thoughts, call-to-action from just-ended National Economic Dialogue

The Vice President, Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang (NJOA), has described the National Economic Dialogue as insightful and productive.
She said the programme had set the stage for a bold and transformative agenda for the country’s economic future.
Speaking at the closing ceremony of the two-day National Economic Dialogue at the Accra International Conference Center (AICC), she expressed her gratitude to all participants for their dedication and contributions.
Prof NJOA highlighted the value of discussions over the past two days (March 3 & 4, 2025), emphasising the insightful and forward-thinking contributions made during the event.
She stressed Ghana’s economic recovery demanded a strategic reset, with a focus on stability and inclusive growth aimed at benefiting all citizens.
She further called for economic diversification, urging Ghana to move away from over-reliance on a few sectors and enhance its export competitiveness.
