Abandoned Ayeeam Odumase Community hospital rotting away

The Akyeam Odumase Community Clinic in the Akyemansa District of the Eastern Region, which was built to provide healthcare services to the people of Akyeam Odumase, has been left to deteriorate in the bush for over seven years.
This neglect has sparked anger among the community residents, who are frustrated with the municipal assembly and their Member of Parliament, Mr. Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, for failing to open the clinic for use.
In conversations with the media, several residents expressed their outrage and disbelief that a facility designed to improve healthcare in the area has been allowed to go to waste.
They highlighted the significant challenges they face due to the lack of a functioning health facility in their community.
The residents are now threatening to stage a demonstration if the government does not take immediate action to complete and operationalize the abandoned clinic
