CMG launches month-long breast cancer awareness campaign

The Class Media Group (CMG), operators of Class FM, CTV, and Accra FM, in Accra and others across the regions, has announced a month-long Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign this October, reaffirming its commitment to health and wellness.
The initiative, which aligns with global breast cancer awareness efforts, will feature interactive discussions, educational segments, and health engagements across CMG’s platforms.
Medical professionals will join programmes throughout the month to shed light on breast cancer, prevention, treatment, and overall wellness.
Free Screening Exercises
As part of the campaign, CMG has lined-up two major free breast screening events:
Friday, 24th October 2025 – Screening at the company’s premises, in partnership with Berry Health and ATF Diagnostic Centre.
Friday, 31st October 2025 – Screening at Kaneshie Market, organised by Number 1 FM, to mark the climax of the awareness month.
In addition to public screenings, the campaign will include interactive sessions and Q&A opportunities for CMG staff, aimed at enhancing knowledge-sharing and promoting healthy living.
CMG’s management encouraged both staff and the general public to take full advantage of the campaign, stressing the importance of early detection and education in the fight against breast cancer.
“Together, let’s promote early detection, awareness, and healthy living,” the company stated, calling on all to join in the global campaign to reduce the impact of breast cancer
