Deputy Agriculture Minister John Dumelo marks birthday with visit to James Camp Prison
As part of activities marking his birthday, the Deputy Minister for Food and Agriculture, Mr. John Dumelo, on Wednesday morning visited Roman Ridge in the Ayawaso West Wuogon Constituency of the Greater Accra Region.
Mr. Dumelo paid a visit to the James Camp Prison, where he interacted with inmates as part of the celebration.
During the visit, he expressed appreciation to the inmates for the support and goodwill they showed him during the 2024 general elections.
To commemorate the occasion, the Deputy Minister shared breakfast with the inmates, describing the gesture as a way of giving back and engaging with members of the community, including those within correctional facilities.
The visit formed part of Mr. Dumelo’s birthday activities and highlighted his emphasis on compassion, inclusion, and community engagement beyond conventional political spaces.
