Government has not purchased Land Cruisers for anyone — Beatrice Annan clarifies

Presidential Staffer, Beatrice Annan, has dismissed claims circulating in sections of the media that the government has purchased Land Cruisers for officials at the presidency.
Speaking on Adom FM’s Burning Issues, Ms. Annan stated emphatically that no such vehicles have been bought for any government appointee, including herself and the Chief of Staff.
“The government has not bought Land Cruisers for anyone, not even the Chief of Staff,” she clarified.
She described the reports as false and misleading, urging the public to disregard the misinformation being circulated, especially on social media.
According to her, such allegations are part of a deliberate attempt to discredit the Mahama-led administration and divert attention from the government’s focus on delivering its developmental agenda.
Ms. Annan reaffirmed the government’s commitment to transparency and prudent use of state resources, stressing that accountability remains central to President Mahama’s leadership.
