I’m 100% confident in Bawumia’s credibility – Gideon Boako

Gideon Boako, spokesperson for Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, has staunchly defended the vice president’s credibility.
Speaking at a mini rally following a visit by the party’s running mate, Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, Dr. Boako praised Dr. Bawumia’s track record, highlighting his significant contributions to Ghana’s development.
“I can vouch for Dr. Bawumia’s credibility 100 per cent. His commitment to our nation’s development is unmatched and his integrity is beyond question,” Dr. Boako stated.
He detailed Dr. Bawumia’s accomplishments in economic transformation and digitisation, emphasising the vice president’s role in modernising Ghana’s economy and enhancing its global competitiveness.
“Under Dr. Bawumia’s leadership, we have seen substantial progress in financial inclusion and governance reforms,” he noted.
Addressing criticisms of Dr. Bawumia, the Tono North NPP Parliamentary candidate dismissed them as politically motivated and failed to acknowledge the vice president’s positive impact.
“Dr. Bawumia’s actions have always been guided by a desire to serve the public good,” Dr. indicated.
He also expressed his belief in Bawumia’s potential as a future president, claiming that his presidency would bring significant benefits to Ghana, including the Tano North Constituency.
“If you vote for him, Ghana can only be better under his presidency,” Dr. Boako added.
