John Boadu visits Kwabena Agyepong, Prof Mike Oquaye as part of his unity tour
As part of his engagements aimed at unifying the opposition New Patriotic Party, Mr. John Boadu paid a courtesy call on Kwabena Agyepong, a former General Secretary of the NPP and a presidential aspirant for the 2028 race.
The interaction highlighted the importance of discipline and visionary leadership in the party's rebuilding efforts.
Mr. Boadu acknowledged Mr. Agyepong's longstanding contributions to the party's growth and structure, as both men shared perspectives on the future direction of the NPP and the need for collective responsibility in repositioning the party for electoral success.
Mr. Boadu also paid a courtesy call on Professor Mike Oquaye, former Speaker of Parliament and a respected elder of the party.
Discussions during the visit focused on the ideological foundations of the NPP, effective administrative systems, and the role of leadership in safeguarding democratic values.
Professor Oquaye, on his part, emphasized the need for inclusive leadership and strict adherence to the party's core principles
