Mahama: NDC’s ‘Reset Agenda’ aims to rebuild institutions and restore public trust

President John Dramani Mahama has emphasised that the governing National Democratic Congress (NDC)’s “Reset Agenda” goes beyond physical infrastructure and economic expansion, focusing also on inclusivity, institutional renewal, and the restoration of public confidence in democracy.
Speaking on the vision underpinning the agenda, President Mahama explained that the Reset Agenda is designed to rebuild not only the nation’s economy but also its moral and institutional foundations.
He gave this explanation in a statement on his Facebook wall after meeting with Civil Society Organisations on illegal mining in the country at the Jubilee House on Friday, October 3, 2025
