N/R: Opoku-Agyemang celebrates birthday with donation to Nyohini Children’s Home
Prof. Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang, the Vice Presidential Candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), marked her birthday on Friday with a generous donation to the Nyohini Children’s Home in Yipala, Tamale.
Her contributions included essential food items, toiletries, and a cash donation of 10,000 to support the orphanage in the Northern Region.
The items donated by Prof. Opoku-Agyemang included bags of rice, cooking oil, biscuits, soft drinks, and other necessities.
Currently on a campaign tour in the Northern Region, she took time to visit the children’s home, encouraging its managers to continue their dedicated care for the children and pledging her ongoing support.
The manager of the Nyohini Children’s Home expressed gratitude for the thoughtful donation and wished Prof. Opoku-Agyemang well on her birthday, urging others to follow her example of kindness and compassion.
In addition to the donation in Tamale, a similar contribution was made on her behalf in the Central Region as part of her birthday celebration, demonstrating her commitment to supporting children and vulnerable communities across Ghana.
